CGS Consolidamenti has handled lime stabilisation for over 10 years and worked with the major Italian and foreign contractors (Salini-Impregilo, Astaldi, Pizzarotti, CMC, GLF, RFI, ANAS, Pavimental, Colas, Lafarge, Strabag, FM Logistic, Saipem, Dodsal, Maire-Technimont) for important projects related to infrastructure.

Treating soil with lime means uniformly mixing it with an adequate percentage of lime. The final result is the improvement of the mechanical characteristics and strength of the soil subjected to the stabilisation treatment.

CGS Consolidamenti, thanks to its own internal laboratory, is able to verify the suitability of the soil to be treated and establish the exact percentages of binder for the creation of the correct mixture. The CGS Lab laboratory can perform mix design studies as well as provide assistance for laboratory tests on site.
